Who is FIT Bodywrap Good For?

It’s common knowledge that everyone experiences stress and many of us could benefit from R&R but how do we find out which other benefits clients may be interested in? One way to find out is by creating buyer personas for your business. Creating these personas can make it easier to pinpoint and analyze the types of you clients you see weekly and what their needs are. Hubspot.com says that a buyer persona is “a semi-fictional representation of your ideal customer based on market research and real data about your existing customers. When creating your buyer persona(s), consider including customer demographics, behavior patterns, motivations, and goals.” Creating a handful of buyer or client personas is a fantastic way to cater to your clients, get the most out of your marketing dollars and sell the right benefits to the right people! And you may find that almost every one of your clients, or their “personas” can benefit from FIT Bodywrap sessions. Once this is realized, selling sessions to them successfully will then be all in your sales pitch.

Feeling a tiny bit of stress right now? Well, keep calm and let me tell you a story about some personas we’ve created after speaking with our Certified Providers. We’ve named them Leann and Phil and they are both busy, working professionals, just like many of your clients.

We’ll start with Leeann, she owns and manages a clothing boutique and feels her fair share of stress each week. One day it’s employee turnover, the next its decisions on purchasing the clothes she thinks clients will buy and she barely has time to think about managing her personal life! She LOVES to get her wellness services and being in the spa is her ultimate form of relaxation. Leeann is the client who is always perfectly primped and you help her do so, she frequents a variety of services and does her research. A client like Leann will be excited to learn that the infrared heat used in a FIT Bodywrap session can provide much more for her than a peaceful nap. On the weekends, she always has goals of eating healthy meals and working out but the occasional “brunch the girls” leaves her feeling a bit bloated come Monday. Ready for some homework? Sit down with your team and make a list of three types of clients you might see. You could start with new, return and regular clients, give them names and write a brief description about them. List the reasons they come in to see you and for extra credit write down the types of benefits infrared body wraps can offer that they might be interested in. You can then create custom sales pitches and marketing collateral that speaks to your clientele directly. When you and your team take a new approach to speaking with clients, an approach that’s focused on them you will nurture and grow those relationships as well as your sales!
