Top 3 Beach-Side Workouts

Take a trip to the beach and bask in sunshine, because we’ve compiled the top 3 beach-side workouts to help tone and tighten that summer body. Say farewell to the gym (for now) and sink your toes in the warm sand, and feel the muscle burn.

Warm up with 30 seconds of skips and 30 seconds of walking lunges. Then, complete three rounds of the exercises below with 30 seconds of rest between each round.
