Four Ways in Which FIT Bodywrap Promotes Weight Loss

Infrared therapy, such as that provided by using the FIT Bodywrap®, is becoming a popular way to lose weight. It’s no wonder, since this is a passive form of burning calories.

While far infrared rays (FIR) can be administered via a variety of methods (sauna, handheld devices, etc.), IR immersion has been found to be most helpful in losing weight through eliminating fats and toxins directly and by burning calories. Let’s delve into these processes a bit closer in order to understand the science behind weight loss via infrared immersion therapy.

1. Metabolism

As you are probably aware, a person’s metabolism has a lot to do with the rate at which they burn calories. Past research shows that infrared immersion raises the rate at which calories are burned while resting (basal metabolism). It can rebalance metabolism directly, as well. 2. Sweating

3. Detoxification
